guiding you to caring, greiving and growing
Through
it All
I am a life and marriage coach
For more than 7 years I cared for my aging parents, and that experience of love, faith, and family has shaped my passion for helping others. Today, I share a legacy of faith encouragement, resources, and support for caregivers who are walking the same path of caring for elderly parents and loved ones.

About
Caring for Parents
Caring for aging parents can be overwhelming yet deeply meaningful. Based on my years of hands-on experience as a family caregiver for both of my parents, this site provides practical caregiving tips, resources for elderly care, and emotional support with an emphasis on building a legacy of faith through a journey of love to help you handle the challenges of caring for aging parents with faith and confidence.
Marriage and Intimacy
After nearly 40 years of marriage, I can tell you this: a thriving marriage doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built intentionally, one choice at a time.
As a licensed marriage coach and minister specializing in intimacy, I have a deep passion to help other couples discover what my husband and I have fought to protect—a relationship that stays healthy, joyful, passionate, and deeply connected through every season. Drawing from decades of practical experience and countless conversations with couples who’ve sought my guidance, I know what works and what doesn’t. We’ve made our marriage a priority, not as something that competes with our faith, but as something that flows directly from it.
My greatest calling is to live a life that honors my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Everything I do, including this ministry, springs from that commitment. I believe God designed marriage to be a beautiful reflection of His love, and that includes the gift of intimacy in all its fullness.
Whether you’re navigating the challenges of long-term marriage, struggling to reconnect after difficult seasons, or simply wanting to deepen the passion and intimacy you share, I’m here to walk alongside you. Because the legacy we leave isn’t just about the years we’re together—it’s about how fully alive our marriages are along the way.

Marriage Coaching
Relationships are what makes our lives fulfilling and the glue that holds us together. Relationships are always a leap of faith, and in marriage that step means trusting one another fully while building a life together.

Family Coaching
We must learn to embrace our differences, our various ways of doing things, and our likes and dislikes. Yes, that includes dealing with your differences in family dynamics shaped by cultural expectations of men and women.

Life Coaching
You will find no guilt here, no perfection, and no step-by-step formula. Just love. Legacy of faith and the unwavering truth that God will walk with you through every hallway, heartbreak, and hard decision.
about me
I believe God wants you to thrive and flourish! As a Life and Marriage Coach I want to help people move forward and not keep reliving past hurts. I wrote Legacy of Faith Journey of Love out of the passion I had from what it took to care for my aging and Alzheimer’s parents with no practical help. This book give guidance and helpful resources that can make a huge difference in caring for aging parents and help you build a Legacy of Faith through this Journey of Love.
Coaching is different than counseling. Counseling deals with the past. Coaching deals with the present and where you are wanting to go in the future. Having a coach is Iike having another set of eyes to look at things. A Coach can bring a new perspective and help with communication issues. Having strong relationships takes work and anyone can learn the skills necessary with some help.

Caring for Loved Ones is Biblically Right
Because in the end, this journey, however hard, is obedience to God’s command to honor your parents.
Caring for aging parents is a reflection of Christ’s example of sacrificial love. Jesus showed compassion and service, even in the most difficult moments. When children step into the role of caregiver, they live out that same calling.
Embrace Your Differences
We’ve all heard it said that opposites attract—that saying is so very true. I’m sure almost every marriage out there is an example of that. Those things that were so opposite to us are what attracted us to our spouse. However, after marriage, we often try to change our spouse.
